Prices are subject to change without notice. Any quotes provided, or firm orders placed, at the time of increase will be honoured without change.
Proofs: Whilst every care is taken in producing proofs, all proof work must be carefully read and signed off before final printing. This is the responsibility of the client. Alterations after printing will incur an additional charge.
Deposits of 40% of the order must be paid before work can commence and are non-refundable.
Final payment must be received and funds cleared before the complete order can be dispatched. Customers will be contacted on completion of the order to arrange delivery after payment is received.
Cancellation: Please advise Stunning Stationery immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Deposits paid are non-refundable. When an order is placed, a date will be arranged for completion, cancellations made within 3 weeks of this date are liable for full payment.
Receipt of the deposit is acknowledgment that customers understand and accept the terms relating to final payment and cancellation procedures.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or a courier service. Customers will be informed of delivery dates, and must ensure that someone is available to sign for parcels delivered by courier. It is important that all deliveries are checked for damages and to ensure the full order has been received. Stunning Stationery is not responsible for damaged or lost goods in transit. Claims cannot be made for compensation without acknowledgment at the time of delivery to the Carrier Company. Please sign for the delivery and make a note if there are any problems informing the driver. Stunning Stationery should also be contacted to take relevant action.
For any reason a parcel can not be checked on receipt, please sign stating the parcel had not been opened or checked.
Stunning Stationery Products
Stationery and wedding favours are individually handmade, and customers must accept there may be slight variances between items.
It must be acknowledged that colours may vary slightly between those seen on the website and emails. Customers can be reassured that those used on samples for approval will be identical and accurate to the colours at the final production stage.
Data Protection
No information or personal details provided to Stunning Stationery will be shared with any third party without written consent.
Handmade stationery and accessories may contain small parts. Products and packaging supplied by Stunning Stationery are not suitable for children unless otherwise stated.
Stunning Stationery does not accept liability regarding accidents or injury caused by the handling of products supplied.
